Our lifetime guarantee has given thousands of our customers the security they needed when purchasing and using iWrap. We want to make the process even more clear and easy, so we've developed the following policy.

1. Any scratch, tear, or yellowing of iWrap's film qualifies it for a free replacement.

2. If only the film is needed, this replacement will be sent to you completely free, including shipping and handling, which we'll cover. In other words, keep your kit! If we need to send the entire kit, a $4 shipping and handling charge will be applied. Please note we aren't profiting from this.

3. If you are wondering if an issue you have qualifies for the guarantee, let us know! We're easy to work with, and will be glad to make sure any problems you've had get resolved. As always, email our customer service with questions and we'll get back to you as quick as humanly possible!
